Move With Me
Movement has always been part of who I am. From training in classical ballet through all forms of dance, to working as a fitness instructor and PT, I've spent years exploring how we move, what feels good. Now I'm bringing all of that knowledge and learning to something a little different.
Intention in Motion
A mindful movement experience designed to help you let go and reconnect with your body. Move at your own pace to some good tunes, letting the rhythm keep us moving with a sense of fun and freedom as we combine release work to ease tension, strengthening flows to build stability, and deep stretches to help you feel open. This practice honours both the strong and the soft within you. Whether you're looking to unwind, create space, or ignite something within, this practice meets you where you are. Leave feeling grounded, at ease, and more connected to yourself.
Each session flows through gentle release work, strengthening sequences and soothing stretches that meet you exactly where you are. You move at your own pace, honouring what your body needs in that moment - no perfect form, no keeping up, just finding your way back home to yourself.
