As a qualified positive psychology coach specialising in health, wellbeing and alcohol-free living, I’ve spent years walking alongside people through real transformation. I’ve been alcohol-free for four years, and it’s changed everything – how I show up, how I feel, how I live. Being a mother to three older children moving through my 50s, I understand what it means to want to show up as your best self – not perfect, just present and genuinely you. I work with clients one-on-one and through group programmes, creating space for honest conversation and lasting change.
