As a qualified positive psychology coach specialising in health, wellbeing and alcohol-free living, I've spent years walking alongside people through real transformation. The kind that doesn't come from willpower or restriction, but from gently discovering what opens up when you choose differently.

I've been alcohol-free for four years, and it's changed everything - how I show up, how I feel, how I live. Being a mother to three older children moving through my 50s, I understand what it means to want to show up as your best self - not perfect, just present and genuinely you.

I work with clients one-on-one and through group programmes, creating space for honest conversation and lasting change. This isn't about quick fixes - it's about sustainable shifts that ripple through everything you do. More clarity. More energy. More of yourself.

Move With Me

Movement has always been part of who I am. From training in classical ballet through all forms of dance, to working as a fitness instructor and PT, I've spent years exploring how we move, what feels good. Now I'm bringing all of that knowledge and learning to something a little different.

Intention in Motion

A mindful movement experience designed to help you let go and reconnect with your body. Move at your own pace to some good tunes, letting the rhythm keep us moving with a sense of fun and freedom as we combine release work to ease tension, strengthening flows to build stability, and deep stretches to help you feel open. This practice honours both the strong and the soft within you. Whether you're looking to unwind, create space, or ignite something within, this practice meets you where you are. Leave feeling grounded, at ease, and more connected to yourself.

Each session flows through gentle release work, strengthening sequences and soothing stretches that meet you exactly where you are. You move at your own pace, honouring what your body needs in that moment - no perfect form, no keeping up, just finding your way back home to yourself.

Cook With Me

Food is my love language, and honestly, it doesn't need to be fancy to be good.

As a plant-centric chef, I am all about helping people find their cooking mojo again. I work with individuals in their homes through private cooking sessions. I also partner with businesses and brands on recipe development, consultation and workshops.

I'm deeply involved in my Bath community too, working with BCK (Bath Community Kitchen) to tackle food poverty and social isolation, building confidence and connection through food.

Whether you want support in your own kitchen, need recipes developed, or want to create inspiring food experiences for your team, my approach stays the same... real ingredients, real food and always delicious.
